Our client is a leading a UAE based sovereign wealth fund, operating at the intersection of long-term capital management and national strategic priorities. The organisation manages a diversified portfolio of assets across global markets and plays a central role in shaping the UAE's economic future.
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the CEO Office Manager serves as the operational backbone of the CEO's office. This is a high-trust, high-visibility role requiring exceptional judgement, absolute discretion, and the ability to manage a complex and fast-moving executive environment with precision and composure.
The successful candidate will act as a true partner to the CEO ensuring that his or her time, communications and priorities are managed with the highest level of professionalism.
Responsabilities
- Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule, and daily agenda with full strategic awareness of priorities
- Prepare, review and coordinate briefing materials, reports and presentations ahead of meetings and board engagements
- Draft, proofread and manage all correspondence on behalf of the CEO, ensuring accuracy and appropriate tone
- Facilitate seamless communication between the CEO and internal leadership, board members, government officials and external stakeholders
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the CEO's office, ensuring a smooth and well-organised environment
- Serve as the primary point of contact for senior internal and external stakeholders interacting with the CEO's office
- Manage protocol for high-level meetings, official visits, and government engagements in line with UAE institutional standards
- Support the CEO on special projects, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional priorities as required
- Conduct research and prepare executive summaries on topics relevant to the CEO's agenda
- Assist in preparing materials for board meetings, investment committee sessions and senior leadership forums
Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Fluency in English and Arabic written and spoken is essential
- Minimum 7 years of experience in an executive support or office management role within investment management, a sovereign wealth fund, or a comparable financial institution
- Demonstrated experience supporting C-Suite or board-level executives in a complex, high-stakes environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage
- Superior organisational and time management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and High level of discretion, integrity, and professional maturity
- Strong understanding of investment management processes, institutional governance and stakeholder protocol
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital collaboration tools
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgement and anticipate needs before they arise
- Calm under pressure, detail-oriented and proactive in approach
Roles & Responsibilities:
Executive Support

Office & Operations Management
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the CEO's office, ensuring a smooth and well-organised environment
- Coordinate and manage complex travel arrangements including international itineraries, logistics and visa requirements
- Track and follow up on action items, deadlines and commitments arising from meetings and executive decisions
- Manage confidential documents and sensitive institutional information with the utmost discretion
Stakeholder & Protocol Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for senior internal and external stakeholders interacting with the CEO's office
- Manage protocol for high-level meetings, official visits and government engagements in line with UAE institutional standards
- Coordinate with other executive offices, departments and external partners on behalf of the CEO
Strategic & Project Support
- Support the CEO on special projects, strategic initiatives and cross-functional priorities as required
- Conduct research and prepare executive summaries on topics relevant to the CEO's agenda
